Have been waiting for weeks for a simple repair under the 3 month warranty. Took the car in on 13th March and haven’t heard anything since, even after calling to ask for an update. The phone to “service” rings and rings. I am absolutely beside myself, it’s been a nightmare with this company from start to present day (first issues with the premium guarantee, now this). Cannot recommend to anyone. If I hadn’t spoken to someone in the service team once, I would think they were completely mythical at this point.

I haven’t purchased from EH but wanted to review as I was seriously looking at buying a Ford Puma (not for me in the end due to drive quality) but I can’t not commend Fiona who looked after me. She was SPECTACULAR! So Glad my daughter added warranty (Extended) to her car purchase, has saved over £1000 in cost since purchase on 21 January!
