My wife & I bought a sofa & large chair from Evans in Redding, CA. We like the no pressure sales staff, they didn't "attack" us as we walked in the door, but were helpful. It was a no hassle buying experience and we had the pieces delivered. Steve & Chris delivered & set up the furniture in our home. They were very professional and willing to move our old furniture out to the garage without a complaint. We are very happy with our purchase.

What an awesome treatment I got from Kim Shaw of Evans Furniture, Chico, CA. I loved the fact that I tried shopping online with her. Instantaneously I got an email response; got a bigger picture of the dining set I wanted to order online plus all the instructions I needed to do to go to their Chico store to put in my deposit. She gave me a big discount as well. Effective, friendly and courteous - that's what I am looking for from a representative. Kim Shaw is such a great asset to Evans Furniture. Way to go Kim !

We bought a bed and had some trouble scheduling the delivery with our chaotic schedule. Kim Shaw at Evans in the Chico store went above and beyond to help us get the bed delivered and set up! The bed is gorgeous and we received the best customer service ever!! Thanks Kim - we will be back to buy from you and Evans soon!
As a broke college student I was searching for some furniture for my new place, my parents said they'd help me out but gave me a smaller budget, I walked in to Evans and found some great deals on the perfect furniture with the help of Nora, and thanks to Ronnie and James I didn't even have to do any of the heavy lifting! Great people at the Chico location!
Well back on April 7th 2015 my son who had been diagnosed with Leukemia had his Make-a-wish shopping spree...we had been told that Evans would be donating the bed he wanted but couldn't afford..we went by there, in the limo and picked it out...because of illnesses and hospital stays we are just NOW able to get this bed..off to Evans we go...the lady Tara that set it all up is no longer employed there and it IS the same manager Kevin Hinton, but he says he doesn't know anything about it..my son is so upset and genuinely disap... read more
