I am writing to formally express my family’s deep disappointment and distress regarding the handling of my grandmother’s funeral services. What should have been a respectful and meaningful farewell turned into an upsetting and traumatic experience for our family. We entrusted Evans Funeral Home with honoring our grandmother properly, and unfortunately, many of the services that were promised and paid for were not delivered. Evans Funeral Home did a wonderful job! The staff made the process very easy during a difficult time. They were great to deal with and very responsive. The viewing went very well, and they did a great job on the appearance of the deceased. The flowers arrangements were set nicely, and we were giving ample time before, during and after the service. The prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Evans was a wonderful place to deal with taking care of my mother's cremation they were kind ,understanding, and very helpful with the process I could not thank Dwight enough for his time and putting up with our endless calls. 100%, would recommend anybody having to plan a funeral service Evans is the way to go.

Recently, my Nana had passed away and they were absolutely incredible. They worked with us financially and it was a beautiful service. I highly recommend them to anyone.
