I am not the kind of person who usually writes reviews, but this unfortunately deserves one. I started my Invisalign treatment in November 2017, my initial consultation was with doctor Evans, who I assume drafted my plan of treatment. Everything seemed perfect and doable. A few weeks later, things changed slightly, the treatment cost jumped from around U$ 3500 to almost U$6000 because additional trays would be needed to achieve the desired results. This orthodontist is racist and will never admit to having done anything. They broke my retainer after putting it in my mouth and proceeded to blame it on me. They saw my mother's way of dress and my skin color and felt they could take advantage of us. They never acknowledged our sentiments. I'm having my record transferred if I ever need more work done. Plus, my teeth aren't aligned properly still (after 2 years of braces).
I am an orthodontist and this orthodontist actually helped me be a better specialist a few years ago. She is truly a good person and cares about the quality of her results. Many people that do braces and Invisalign care about their business first and their results second. Dr. Evans definitely cares about the families she treats and the quality of results she gets. She will work to get you the results you expect and deserve! Just talk to her and you'll see for yourself!
