Such an incredible concept with a lot of thought that went into designing the neighborhood with placement of garages, how houses face one another, etc. just driving though and walking to the ice cream shop and Standardized Brewing, you feel like you're on vacation! Friendly folks everywhere you turn. Big fan over here!!
I had the opportunity to move into Evans Farm as a first time resident in my unit, as it was a brand new construction. Since moving here I’ve had great experiences, even through the leadership and company changes. Thank you to Stefanie who has helped since day 1 when I toured the property. I appreciate the cleanliness and aesthetics that this property has to offer, and I’m excited to see the development of Evans Farm!
I absolutely love living here! The units are peaceful and designed perfectly! Just enough space with some extra space to feel like a cozy home! The space is exactly what I need and I appreciate the clean color scheme and lovely granite that I decorate and easily change up from season to season with pops of holiday color and fun!
