Back in October 2024 I submitted a maintenance request for a light bulb and a leaking shower head once I moved in. The maintenance tech came into my unit and stole my debit card information with other personal information of mine then proceeded to use it! I got confirmation of this when I called the company my card was used at and they confirmed the name on file my debit card was added to was the same name as the maintenance tech that was in my unit (not a very common name either).
