The reception area needs a sign instructing patients and their children to take their phone/tablet conversation outside. This lady and her kid who was on his tablet were absolutely ridiculous. I'm surprised the receptionist could focus on her work.
Awesome! I am a VA refered patient. 100% recommend. What an excellent experience. The team is so professional. Detailed explanation of the whole process before they began working on me. No wait. My appointment wat at 10 AM and I was called right at that time! I like the fact that the registration system is automated which expedited the process. Reminder via text and email.
