I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with the staff. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they also made fun of me by referring me to the attorney who had previously represented my ex-husband. This felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially given the sensitive nature of my situation. I expected respect and support, and instead left feeling humiliated and disrespected. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate or ethical service.
I did like Alex and she did a good job on my divorce case. Issues I did have was it took a while to get responses from her, so we had to constantly chase after her. Then, when my divorce case was done, she never notified me it was final.I had done the final paperwork proposal, but was never told it was approved by the judge. I even called the office, and was told she was on vacation and wouldnt be back till the following week and they'd make a note for her to follow up, and she still has yet to call me. Friend is currently with the firm. Told to see Lydia but got Ms. Alexandria Murphy. Ms Murphy seems to lack any compassion or empathy for anyone and it appears that no one elses time is more important than her own. She's paid for every single email and phone call she sends or receives, right down to the few seconds it takes out of her day to read or respond.
