Friend is currently with the firm. Told to see Lydia but got Ms. Alexandria Murphy. Ms Murphy seems to lack any compassion or empathy for anyone and it appears that no one elses time is more important than her own. She's paid for every single email and phone call she sends or receives, right down to the few seconds it takes out of her day to read or respond.
