Great guy came right out when expected. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Professional courteous and he also made a few calls after service to check up on me and see if everything was okay. I would definitely recommend him.
Let me start by saying this company has not done work for us, because we were not given the opportunity to work with them. This was due to the fact that they *refused* to provide us with any type of proof of insurance (Workmans comp and/or liability) prior to receiving a deposit from us. We simply requested proof of insurance prior to handing over a cash deposit. They flat out refused to prove they had insurance before receiving payment from us. On Nov 2nd I texted James about the work I needed done and he said Nicole would call me to go over the price. She called me a few mins later and told me it would be $150 cash for what I needed and would be alittle more if I paid with a card and she made my appointment for Nov 7th. On Nov 7th I texted James to make sure he was still coming and he said he wasnt coming and that $150 is not the the price. James was very professional. He communicated the entire job and steps he was doing in order to complete the job. He gave me videos for the pool inspection we will need with the grounding wires, he gave us outdoor sources of electric and two separate sources of electric one for the pool the other for the hot tub. He installed a timer for the pool pump which turns the pump on and off daily. He also changed thermostats in my home as well as changing the heating panels to upgrade to a more efficient system.
