My dad was had tried to schedule an appointment with Brad, showed up and was told they had they didn’t schedule his appointment. He dropped off his paper work that he needed looked at and scheduled another appointment. He had showed up 10 min late to the second appointment trying to get out of work in time, and was turned away completely and told they didn’t want to help him. Seemed pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate.
They are truly good, kind people who do excellent and meaningful work. Bless them and their great team.
