Awful customer service since they were bought out
I have been using Evans for the past decade for my house and construction Jobs and they recently got bought out by Amwaste. We had no issues at first until they dropped off a container at a customers house and busted the gate . It was immediately reported and they admitted fault and assured it would be fixed by my sales rep kelly. I even offered to repair it if it was within our means. I really love the service these guys have done for me with the trash and i will always use them again
This is the best service we have ever had for trash pickup. These guys are always consistent. We recently had a fence put up, and we failed to leave the new gate open for the truck. They came back later and picked up - even though it was totally our fault that they could not get to the cans on pickup day. We appreciate that kind of service!
