The staff of Evans and Davis were very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. They explained each step in the process of designing our family trust and answered all questions we had in a manner that gave my family confidence in what we were setting up. Ryan Raupe and his team were timely and responsive throughout the entire process. This was our first experience with a trust process and I would highly recommend this firm. We know that they will be there when we need them.
We had an issue with a property of ours in Texas. We reached out to Landon and his team to help us resolve the issue. Landon contacted us and we explained out issue. After that he and his team immediately tackled the problem. Landon also has created two different trusts for our family which were excellent prepared within a firm fixed price quoted at the beginning of the process. Evans & Davis is definitely our go to for any family legal issues.
We wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our Family Trust and Guardianship preparations and changes every year. Natalie is so good to keep up with changes that might come up and explain things in terms we can understand. Her team is friendly, helpful, and quick to call and email you back if the need arises.
