I contacted this individual to just simply ask a couple question about what steps I needed to take to set up an appointment, he interrupted me and asked for a case number, I told him I didn't have one and that I just wanted to make sure I was on the right track, he proceeded to tell him I don't want to do this and hung up on me. He was EXTREAMLY rude and wouldn't even give me the time of day or let me know if I was on the right path.
