Awesome customer service 👏
We had to stop into Evan Chevrolet and GMC due to an issue with my truck. We were 12 hours from our home in Georgia. Mike and the team at Evans got us in and diagnosed despite a full schedule. Helped us with a vehicle in order to get all of our luggage and family to a hotel. Fixed our truck in less than 24 hours and we were back on the road! Everyone was so helpful and pleasant and made what could have been a terrible experience one that we will remember forever! 10 *
The service department fought hard for me to find a very stubborn electrical issue even though I was a pain calling them daily for updates. I appreciate what they did to get my truck running good again!
Kelly was friendly and easy to work with. We were able to get our truck for $200 less than the asking price and they even offered to put gas in it to make sure it made it home. They were also able to stay right on the money for my monthly budget. Very honest and family friendly service.
