Bought new preused caravan with friendly non pushy family staff. Good price offered for old caravan and new one towed to our site old one taken. Many extras including service and cleaning included. Good choice of caravans to view. Highly recommended.
Purchased a caravan and was told it had a full HAB service, but they said it doesn't come with any service paperwork just a sticker on the caravan. We need the paperwork for our fostering agency so paid to have a service back home. This came back with immediate repairs needed on the chassis and brakes and numerous other things. All of these things should have been picked up in a service and the caravan should not have been towed as the brakes were not working and much of the braking system is to corroded.
