The technician, Clinton, was efficient and respectful during our air duct cleaning service. He took the time to show us before and after photos of the inside of our ducts, which really helped us see the difference. Clinton also replaced the flexible dryer duct that was damaged, making sure everything was working properly. He even suggested we consider replacing a few old vents that were rusted and couldn't be fixed. The whole process was done with a friendly attitude, and we are very happy with the results!
