Cassandra and the Evans team are awesome to do business with. Everything I needed was handled in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Evans Bank, especially the Clarence Branch. I love dealing with a smaller bank where personalized, friendly service is provided regularly. Way better than the big banks where you're just a number. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
Jennifer is very rude and discriminatory. Just because you’re stressed at work doesn’t mean you have to portray it onto everyone else. Other then that. I love everyone else at the bank and they’re always very nice and respectful everytime I come in
Our customer service person was awesome!!!! So friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and fast. Loved my experience at this location They wouldn't let me take photos inside but it's really nice and clean. They have an awesome play area for the kids and it feels really homey. Thecoffee isn't bad either Kudos Evans Bank, you made my Friday wonderful
Well, I go here quite often, and my first 3 times going here they knew my name. They care about there people. AND they are super friendly!!
