(Eddie W.) Over the past 7 years I have spent thousands of dollars having EVANS performing repairs and servicing my Maserati and Corvette. Not once have I had a problem or complaint. The quality of workmanship has been excellent. I have recommended this shop to my friends including my 80 year old sister who took her Mercedes in for a major repair job estimated at 5-6 day down time but due to her age and need of her car job was completed in 3 days. Job and service Well Done.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No follow up on repair status after 11 days, charged HUNDREDS of dollars more than estimate without one single phone call or return call from management, never even fixed one of the main problems because they "couldn't find it" although it was there the minute I picked up the car. Unbelievable the way they try to justify their additional expenses and lack of interest in fixing the issue when they had the car for so long. Highly disappointed and would NEVER recommend them.
