Incredibly kind and patient. Very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond, with several office visits, to help my grandmother through something she wasn’t thrilled about, making it more comfortable for her. They know exactly how to meet their typically aging clientele where they need to so that they understand the technology as best they can, get the support they need, and understand the importance of taking steps to improve their hearing. Highly recommended.
courtney was absolutely great. The complete staff are amazing, from the beginning to end.
A great place to come in and have my hearing checked. Honest staff and very professional. Clean with some light snacks while you wait to have your hearing tested. Parking is in the back. Back rear door in parking is FOR STAFF ONLY. Wheelchair accessible and very clean office.
Hoping when I do follow up I will become more proficient had quite a time trying to set the the aids properly
