I hired Roger to represent my mother’s estate during probate. Most of my interactions were actually with his paralegal, Marilyn, and after she left, it quickly became clear that she had been doing the bulk of the work. I hired Roger to fight for me during a custody battle. Our initial interview went amazing and he assured me that he would do everything as power to fight for custody of my children. This was my first experience with a lawyer and it will be my last. After I gave him a down payment of $5,000, the communication with Roger was very hard to come by. My experience with Roger Evan’s was not what I expected. After speaking with his secretary Jamie, I was scheduled for the next day at 10:30. When I called for the number to reach him, I was told he had another appointment that cancelled me. I was rescheduled 5 days later. When I called for my appointment, I was told he was running too late to take my appointment. I consider this very unprofessional, and would not recommend Roger Evans.
