Mr.Evans is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney. He explained to me in detail and with patience about trusts and wills and what might be the best options for my mother and I. I would highly recommend Mr. Evans when looking to hire an attorney for Estate Planning.

My experience with Roger Evan’s was not what I expected. After speaking with his secretary Jamie, I was scheduled for the next day at 10:30. When I called for the number to reach him, I was told he had another appointment that cancelled me. I was rescheduled 5 days later. When I called for my appointment, I was told he was running too late to take my appointment. I consider this very unprofessional, and would not recommend Roger Evans.

I met with Roger after the death of my mother in-law who had no estate planning in place. Not only did Roger walk us through the process completely and provided a path forward for our family, he did so in a compassionate and empathetic way that helped with our grieving process. I would highly recommend anyone who is in our position and for those who want to avoid this all together by getting your affairs in order ahead of time.

Call for an appointment to set up a trust and they responded that they would be contacting me soon…but 2 months later they still haven’t gotten back to me!!! At this point I wouldn’t use them if they did!

Roger is very thorough when working with estates. I have been working with him for years, and am impressed with his work and his attention to detail. He is able to sort out very complex matters. Cannot recommend him enough
