The pharmacy averages like 2 hours to get a refill. Ask your PCM to send any prescriptions off post at the appt. Getting them transfered is a nightmare otherwise. Off post pharmacies will refuse to initiate pharmacy to pharmacy transfers with this place because of how notoriously unresponsive they are. My medication requires no preparation. This hospital is the worst I have ever been too. Especially the ER. The wait time is ridiculous. DONT take your kids here if they are sick, they don’t care.
This rating is not indicative of the medical staff. This rating is purely based on the frighteningly poor pharmacy. The pharmacy here is by far the worst of any of the bases I've been too. It constantly closes early due to staff shortages. Consistently runs out of medications. On three seperate occasions I ended up waiting over three hours, only to finally be told they didn't have my meds. Once they only gave me half of my pills, leaving me to run out two weeks before their system would LET me refill my medications resulting... read more
