He destroyed a family heirloom of mine and charged me for it. Then gave it to his son to fix and made it worse. No apologies, no refund, chauvinistic attitudes by both.
Unfortunately, a younger, bearded man had verbally assaulted me in front of other patrons. It’s not the kind of customer service I was expecting when I was pushed around for multiple days for a job that as he put it was ‘small’. This truly was disheartening as it was an engagement ring that I was looking forward to proposing with. I was looking forward to working with Alan but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that is wanting a piece made that is of value to them.

I had the worst experience with this place! Dropped off a very important piece of jewellery and was told the repair would take a week, but took two. I went in to collect and they had lost half of the necklace and accused me of never giving it to them. They wouldn't listen to me and absolutely refused to believe i gave them the full thing.
