I called my home warranty service due to a malfunction with my heating system. The first tech that came out, Tim, diagnosed the issue with my unit. The part was ordered and Lauren came out to install it. However, my air handler is old and the part was incorrect. And when I say old, the unit is 20-25 years old for context. The tech arrived on time and went right to work completed the routine maintenance quickly but thoroughly.. Evans Air is great to work with. Tim with Evans Air Service did a thorough job servicing our AC unit. Love their annual maintenance program so no surprise bills. Tim gently told us the news of a $700+ part needed.
