Very good service--efficient, effective, timely. I've been using Evans to service and maintain four different residential units in a bid old house and they do a good and reliable job every time. Such professionalism and care. I had failed to cancel a service that was no longer needed; Evans had sent out Noah who was calm and cheerful and pleasant as I explained what happened, and they waived any fee. So appreciated!
After originally posting a negative review detailing the month-long ordeal of getting my a/c repaired with Evans, I am happy to post that the system is up and running again. If you happen to have a home warranty, be prepared for a longer wait time in getting your system repaired/replaced as Evans is required to coordinate the initial repair and any after-the-fact repairs through the warranty company. The tech arrived on time and went right to work completed the routine maintenance quickly but thoroughly.. Evans Air is great to work with.
