Evans AC has been amazing as we have recently sold one home and purchased another—making sure all our HVAC systems are in good shape. EDIT FOLLOWING INSTALLATION OF COMPLETELY NEW SYSTEM: TL;DR Version - Chris Evans knows what he's talking about. Trust his sizing recommendations. He does quality work and is a rare find in the contracting industry. The Full Version - I had problems with a brand new retrofit system done by a licensed HVAC contractor from Newnan.
