RecommendedChanged to Evangers and within a month pooch coat was silky smooth and no scratching. You can see and smell the quality of this food. Highly recommend it.

I have been using Evangers for many years. For the past few months, I've noticed the food isn't the same. I just thought it might have been a bad batch or bad trimming. The Hunk of Beef was all fat and I couldn't even identify the Chicken thighs. I also found a hard 2" stem like thing in one of the cans and sent you a picture in a private message.
Apparently they changed their recipe of the Canned chicken for cats. My cats won't eat the latest batch. (I found an old can of it and they ate it with no hesitation.) You just lost a customer.
I'm Very Disappointed in this company. I originally chose to use this company's canned dog food because a friend of mine recommend the brand. I also liked the fact that the canned Turkey Stew and Hand Packed Beef were lower in calories than other brands. The problem started when I ordered the Hand Packed Beef and Turkey Stew and every can in the cases of food was either dented or crushed. Been feeding my dogs your canned food. That ends now. Cant believe you tried counter suing this lady whose dog died after eating your product. Why cant you do the right thing? You could have said we are so sorry and moved on instead you try blaming her because the vet recommend she ease her dogs suffering. My dogs love Evanger's. They have eaten it for years and never have tummy troubles. They are all very healthy, with healthy coats. The price is extremely reasonable as well.
