First let me say he has retired, thank God! My first and only visit was over a year ago. He was an hour late to it. No explanation. I’m on oxygen. The tanks don’t last forever. By the time he arrived I was out of oxygen and had to return to my car to get another tank, which made him upset with me. When I returned he just shrugged me off. I never went back.
