I found Dr, Gerniotis to be very thorough and professional . Had biopsy of prostate, he and his staff were great. Painless procedure and great follow up. Staff is friendly and quick. I recommend him .
Went for intial appointment to discuss nighttime frequency. Was unprofessional Never explained anything. Used scope and said yes enlarged prostate and urine retention which I already knew. Gave me a prescription and says see you in 2 months. From scope forward the last 10 days have been worst medical experience in my life. Office is uncommunicative. Have had bleeding, constant pain as a result of the scope being used . Have been to ER twice,now have catheter and on antibiotics.
Refused to treat my daughter who has a physical disability.
