Would not recommend. Staff is not consistent with office procedures. Prescription procedures/refills handled differently. Staff started talking to someone in the office , complaining before we were off the phone. Office staff use their cell phones, for personal use while on the clock. Doctor does not check diabetics feet for Anything!!!!
I found Dr. Ancheta to be caring and she listened to my concerns.
She is a robot that does not even open a file until she walks into her patients room. She does not listen to people with serious problems and order testing, she pushes drugs to cover problems but does not investigate reasons for them She does not return calls by troubled patients and rarely even touches a patient. Now Urgent care is in with her office along with an Oncologist. The lobby is filthy from the extra traffic and many can't tolerate the noise and germs brought in by Urgent care
