My wife fell on her knee onto rocks, we have been in the er for over 5 hours without even being seen, people with smaller injuries were taken back before us. After about 4 hours into our wait my wife’s lower leg got colder and harder to move. This hospital used to be a lot better.

6 hour wait in the emergency room last night. That is absolutely unacceptable. Absolutely exhausted and needed sleep. When asked how much longer staff was very agitated and rude. Absolutely would not recommend.

I know you meant well, ECH. But 4 hrs in ER in middle of the night for an ineffective prescription (glorified Benadryl) did not meet expectations..

Went in after almost a month of pain in my right groin told them I was already taking 400mg four times a day of ibuprofen. Mind you I can barely even walk at this point. Instead of getting an MRI I was given an xray because they don’t have on onsite radiologist at night. My insurance if I went to my family doctor and scheduled an mri would take almost another month plus $150 so I figured cut the middle man out get it done all at one shot for $200 at the ER.
