Emergency room??? A 90 year old that has fallen..lump on his head...cracked or broken ribs and acute pain mid spine. 3 hours in and not one person has addressed this. There is an elderly man that has been here so long he has now wet his pants. No sense of urgency or concern. Not an xray..not a check by the nurse..nothing.

Horrible, tragic and indescribable. First they violate HIPPA by triaging right out in open. Staff couldn't care less. Phone chargers in the most inconvenient locations in waiting room. Im appalled at the ER that used to once be the star of the valley. Now they're lucky to even flicker.

My wife fell on her knee onto rocks, we have been in the er for over 5 hours without even being seen, people with smaller injuries were taken back before us. After about 4 hours into our wait my wife’s lower leg got colder and harder to move. This hospital used to be a lot better.

6 hour wait in the emergency room last night. That is absolutely unacceptable. Absolutely exhausted and needed sleep. When asked how much longer staff was very agitated and rude. Absolutely would not recommend.

I know you meant well, ECH. But 4 hrs in ER in middle of the night for an ineffective prescription (glorified Benadryl) did not meet expectations..
