The eavestrough they installed is leaking and they are not replying to my emails and phone calls and I don’t know what to do. No reply, no response. Well beware because there’s no doubt now, I’ve been scammed. Shame on you Andy.
Do not use this company. Andy, the owner scammed my mother in law out of nearly $30,000. They were doing a small job that ended up becoming a “huge” job— he said she had a large leak that needed extensive repair work. Being in her 80’s she obviously couldn’t get up on the roof to verify, so she trusted him. She was initially quoted a few thousand dollars, but Andy scammed her out of almost $30k. BEWARE! EVANDALE ROOFING ARE SCAMMERS! Andy and his team did some “work” for my elderly mother recently and a small job that was only meant to be nailing some shingles down and repairing her soffit ended up costing her $28,000. My mother has dementia and Andy clearly took advantage of her failing memory, taking FIVE separate cheques from her. Evandale Roofing are scammers. In November 2024, I paid over $25,000 to Andy from Evandale to install a new flat roof on my house. I could not be on the roof to monitor their work so had to trust Andy to do his job. I withheld $1200 of the bill when I sensed something was wrong. Within 2 months there were signs of leakages; squirrels got into the roof. In April 2025, I had the roof redone.
