The most worst place to get your car fixed this tnuc would have trouble adjusting a chain on a push bike what a waste of space
Absolutely worst mechanic. My father (A friend of the business) had his car in for 10 months for a job that would of taken 2 days. Took it to another mechanic and was sorted almost instantly. (Nice to see this is how mates are treates) Will not answer phone calls or text messages or issue a refund for the works not completed. You'd be better off watching a youtube video and fixing your car yourself.
Never again! Firstly they booked in my 4WD, then after getting an uber home, called me to say they cant do the job that day as they were too busy. 2 weeks later they did the job. They replaced my lower control arms (I provided the parts), but didn't do the wheel balance as discussed in the original quote, instead they sent me down the road to Bridgestone after telling me the job was done and the car was ready to be collected (wasting a further 1.5 hours of my time). Was told my car needed extra work after a service. I was told the brakes needed work. Was quoted $500. Bought my car back in for the extra work, was told to come collect it and when we arrived the car was still being worked on. Drove all the way from Harvey and ended up leaving the car there for multiple days. When I arrived to collect my car I was handed a bill for $2000 which was not what I was quoted.
