Dr. Lau is amazing! Thorough, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He is patient and answered all my questions.
I wish more Doctors were like Dr. Lau, Ive had 30 years of horrifying, barbaric Heart Procedures and horrible bed side manors from Drs not realizing that patients of Thiers are actually human, it's one thing to not to get "emotional" with work but totally another to become so ignorant to the fact that patience are humans and not cattle.
