Showed up 15minutes early for my appointment, was told to go to the first floor desk to upload pictures of my insurance card. The girl at the desk says someone is in my account verifying my insurance and she can’t upload the photos. I wait 45 minutes and then they tell me they have to reschedule my appointment for next week. Never met Dr. Wenker but he needs to know that he lost a client today because of Kelsey Seybold’s incompetence. I was 15 minutes early and had my insurance card in hand.
