Piss poor customer service. Will overcharge you and cannot clearly and effectively communicate, then will refuse to rectify.
Vehicle got broken into and called about a claim and instead of helping us He just kept talking over me and down to me. Wife’s grandma bought her house in a trust so we assumed it was covered he says no she needs renters insurance which wife doesn’t have and I said as her agent after 13 years as her agent why would you not tell her she has no coverage and he literally says “ I dont know who lives in the house that not my responsibility”!
