I have a good working relationship with Evan he takes care of the insurance for 4-5 autos for me.
Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Making a change to a policy seems like a day long process. The ladies who talk to you when you pick up can hardly answer half of the questions you might have and don’t always make sense. I tried changing agents only to be given the run around multiple times making it impossible.
