Dr. Stiegel, absolutely incredible! The medical staff who works directly with Dr. Stiegel, patients, wonderful. The receptionists who are the initial point of contact for patients in the office, absolutely unfriendly and seem less than happy to be there. A smile and good morning goes a long way and is basic customer service for anyone working with medical clients, a good portion of which is elderly.
