I had a very horrible experience with this insurance office that could have resulted in having a suspended license, fine or worse. After purchasing a new vehicle, I was charged for insurance coverage that was never properly set up. Look elsewhere if you want an agent that will actually help you. I solely dealt with Evan for new policies on our home and autos but somehow he issued everything only in my husbands name even though he only ever talked to me. I couldn’t even access the online account because I wasn’t on everything. Then come to find out they issued our home policy at almost $800 a year more than I was quoted and I can’t get a real reason why and got no help to resolve the issue.
