Look elsewhere if you want an agent that will actually help you. I solely dealt with Evan for new policies on our home and autos but somehow he issued everything only in my husbands name even though he only ever talked to me. I couldn’t even access the online account because I wasn’t on everything. Then come to find out they issued our home policy at almost $800 a year more than I was quoted and I can’t get a real reason why and got no help to resolve the issue. I spoke with Chris Dragan today about setting up coverage on my Kia Soul. He is very knowledgeable with the insurance needed in Michigan, being that i just moved from the Phoenix, AZ area. He presented me with 3 options and explained them well. I asked for other coverages I needed insurance for. He presented me with those options, too. All together I am 22% less than the AZ policy, with more options added. And when my health insurance from my job starts, I will get an additional 22% savings.
