This afternoon, my kitchen sink in my Marlborough property just wouldn't drain, merely 36 hours before Christmas. I contacted Evan & Sons Plumbing & Water Heaters and, in record time, Gregory was there to pinpoint the issue. Regrettably, I wasn't able to be there physically but the whole process was handled effortlessly. Gregory kept me in the loop by sharing images of the work in progress. By this evening, the drain was operating flawlessly once again. I couldn't have requested a more superior service from a plumbing firm.

Douglas is an absolute expert! Alongside his trainee, he addressed all of our plumbing necessities, providing a clear explanation of what was required and the anticipated costs before proceeding with the repairs. He fully clarified each part of the process and even offered me some tips for future plumbing tasks I could handle on my own. Javier was amazing. He worked until our huge project was completed. It took the span of 4 days and he was attentive each day. He kept us informed, went for unexpected parts in rush hour, then returned to complete the job at 7pm. He worked with his son and they were both courteous and
