I retained Evan on 9/19/25 for what he described as a straightforward divorce and custody matter. He assured me my wife could be required to return to Charleston, that I would not owe alimony, and that shared custody was likely. None of this materialized. Throughout my case, progress only occurred after repeated follow-ups from me. Evan was not proactive and required constant prompting. On a scale from 1-10 he is a big 0, a total looser. He has no integrity and for me, he was not only a looser but is referred to in the legal world, as ineffective counsel. I would not recommend him for any legal requirements whatsoever. Doesn't give a darn about his client after he extracts the retainer. In my opinion he is not worth his salt, a rotten human being.
