LYING about your LEGAL rights. I just called their office to ask about prices, to schedule an appointment for my young daughter, and to find out the cash prices. I also asked about the prices with my insurance. I was then told that paying CASH is ILLEGAL if I have insurance and that it is "against New Jersey law". Total LIE — patients can legally choose whether to use their insurance or not and how to pay for medical services. Skipping this office.

We saw Dr. Sarti for my son's chronic ear infections and now nasal congestion. For reference, my son is 18 months old, we've seen him since my son was about 10 months old. He listened to all my concerns, and did my son's ear tube surgery at 14 months old, it was seamless and HELPED HIM SO much. He is now being scheduled for his adenoids removal. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my son's ENT needs. He's so attentive and explains everything well, my son , who hates doctors, actually does well with him.

Completely deceptive office. Just like the other reviews are saying, was charged 500 dollars with insurance for a doctor visit! No pre-warning, nothing! This is a dishonest office don’t go!
