Great doctor. He was very nice. I was out of there so fast
Made an appointment for my son to see ENT Dr. Sarti and made sure my Health Insurance was verified with front office. The day of appointment I was advised by them that my United Health Care PPO is not being accepted and I will have to pay all fees up front. United Health Care was contacted and I was advised that my medical benefits has not changed and the doctors office is not correctly submitting the information. A waist of time because of their clearical errors.
Dr. Sarti is absolutely wonderful. Professional yet personable. Great staff as well. Highly recommend.
