If I could give 6 stars I would have. Evan helped me every step of the way. While looking at houses, he would give me his honest opinions about the pros and cons of each house. Also, if he saw any troubling problems with the house he’d tell me. For example, one house we went to he notice you can hear every step someone takes upstairs from the first floor.
