Evan and his team are the real deal! My office flooded due to a broken pipe at my business and their service and expertise were nothing short of amazing. They jumped on the claim and I was back in running in no time. They were extremely communicative, and made a very stressful situation manageable. I can’t recommend them enough.
I would not recommend this agent at all. Evan does not communicate to his customers at all. He solely relies on his employees. State Farm made a huge mistake with my policy and his employees are trying to resolve however this issue is so great it really requires Evan’s involvement and I have heard zero from him.
