Evan couldn’t get me approved which is odd, considering I’ve bought two homes since without issue at 5%. Shop around. Not all lenders are equal! Evan struggles to handle constructive criticism when I called to ask to be taken off his email list his response was “I don’t wanna do business with you anyway”. If you aren’t handing him money his smile fades and attitude surfaces.
Evan and his team at Cross Country are awesome! We have used them numerous times, both for home purchases as well as refi’s. They have come through and made it happen for us when others couldn’t. I have recommended Evan to many friends and family members, all of whom have had great experiences. I will continue to use Evan and his team for any of my mortgage needs. Highly recommended!
