Evan and his team were great to work with. They made the process easy and were very communicative. Dirk was especially helpful and responsive. He always replied quickly and answered our questions fully.
Evan couldn’t get me approved which is odd, considering I’ve bought two homes since without issue at 5%. Shop around. Not all lenders are equal! Evan struggles to handle constructive criticism when I called to ask to be taken off his email list his response was “I don’t wanna do business with you anyway”.
