Dr. Matros is an outstanding surgeon who goes above and beyond for his patients. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail make every visit a positive experience. I always feel heard, cared for, and confident in the care I receive. I’m truly grateful to have him as my doctor.
I have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Matros. He is a brilliant surgeon and I trusted him every step of the way. The result is beautiful and I am just a week out of surgery. I strongly recommend him. Having him do my reconstructive surgery has been a blessing and I am very grateful.
First visit with Dr. Matros, plastic surgeon at MSK. The entire team worked seamlessly together, informing and reassuring me about procedure to come with facial surgery for melanoma. Sprinkled throughout, even though I know I am one of many, many patients they see a day, a week, a year, was compassion - which everyone facing a new diagnosis deserves.
Dr. Matros always gives you the straight answers/ facts when I have an appointment with him. His support staff of nurses , PAs , and nurse practitioners are top notch , and his support staff is terrific. Dr. Matros is an extremely talented surgeon who has helped me feel “ back to normal” as I continue to recover; He takes care to make sure that both the physical and mental aspects of surgery are explained. I also like the fact that Dr. Matros explains everything in a way that a layman can understand!
