The doctors are wonderful. It’s the wait time that’s too long
Got here 10 minutes early for an 11:15 appointment. Still waiting 2 and a half hours later. Happens every time. Staff seems to be having a holiday party in the back. And the room is still packed with people waiting robbe seen. Awful customer service.
I have seen Dr. Schwartzwald and he’s an amazing doctor very helpful and detailed, the only thing that is terrible is the wait time be prepared to wait an hour and a half or more and I’m being serious. My appointment was a 2:30pm. I got there at 2:27pm it is now 4:55pm and I’m just leaving.
When it comes to my health, he’s worth the wait however long it takes.
