Evan and his team are the absolute best! We originally had an awful awful lender. We switched to Evan and he's amazing!! We submitted our qualifying things late on a Friday and assumed we wouldn't hear back until Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. Nope, he was working on Presidents Day and we closed the following week. An absolute pleasure to work with!!!!

I had a very difficult mortgage situation as my pre approval was taken away because we had to shut down our small business for a month during the beginning of covid. Every bank and mortgage broker said we needed to wait a year after reopening so the banks would feel safe. But Evan was able to get us our mortgage when others couldn't. I could not be happier with his service. My only regret is that we could not rate him 6 stars.

Evan and his team were amazing throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to getting us what we needed. It didn't matter if we texted him at 9pm on a Friday with a random question, we would get a response within minutes. I will continue to recommend Cross Country Mortgage to our friends and family.
