This doctor ruin my life. Had a total hip replacement on my left hip. Afterwards it left me with a permanent limp , deep dent on the side and now is causing me pain on the right side due to the limp. This was the worse mistake. Also he lied about why the piece was so long. Went to see other doctors and they told me they never sent anytime with that much leg discrepancy. 3.5 years after a total knee replacement, I am doing exactly what Dr. Ekman told me. I play golf and live a normal active life pain free. Dr. Ekman is a straight shooter. I appreciate the truth, especially from a surgeon. I missed 6 weeks of work and was back to normal.
Uncaring and willfully obtuse. Was a patient of his about 15 yrs ago. His PA was amazing but he, himself, was absolutely awful.
