Amazing day spa. From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed and greeted with a welcome drink, friendly staff and ipad to choose what we would like for our after treatment snacks which were included in the Complete Balance Day Spa Package we booked for a birthday celebration as well as any other requirements we may have had. Can not rate Bella enough. Her thoughtfulness, and pleasant demeanour was so so wonderful. Her skill as a therapist, literally from head to toe was above and beyond any expectation. She was extremely considerate of a shoulder condition I was experiencing and work on muscles and knots in my other shoulder unlike anyone before her has.
