Great piece of safety equipment. Light weight and easy to setup and use. Appreciate all the mounting equipment, cover and signage included.
We needed help with a power cord and battery for the Evac Chair we bought 2nd hand. I reached out to the company for help, not expecting much, since we didn't buy it directly from them. To my surprise they were very responsive and helpful with our issue. Clare Swaney has been great at communicating with us. She helped us get the chair up and running, we brought our 74-year-old mom into the house for Thanksgiving after her not being able to visit for a year due to our stairs.
