Walked in 5 minutes after they opened with a emergency order. They had a beautiful set of arrangements on hand, and customized them to what I was needing with zero notice while I waited. They then assisted me in loading everything in my vehicle. The staff was professional and very pleasant to interact with, and was highly knowledgeable.
I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement. I had requested a large arrangement in a purple vase. My daughter got a handful of flowers in a glass case. I paid $110 for flowers I could have gotten at Walmart for $20 . Please don't order from this place as it is a ripoff. Sincerely Diane Covington
Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this company again, nor would I recommend them to others. There was a complete lack of urgency when my order was delayed and ultimately cancelled. Communication was poor throughout the process, and there was little to no effort to show understanding or accountability. I ordered flowers for delivery, the order was cancelled, and while I did receive a refund, no replacement or resolution was ever offered. Terrible company masquerading as a local, small business! I placed an order online early in the morning just for them to cancel later that day leaving me to scramble to get flowers to my loved on very short notice. I had no idea I was being scammed. Do NOT use this company. I’ll be surprised if I actually get a refund.
